My brother freaking out at his place where I'm visiting
- Him: so what's your plans tonight?
- Me: what do you mean?
- Him: you do realize my friends are coming over tonight right?
- Me: yeah.
- Him: well what am I supposed to tell them?
- Me: about what?
- Him: you know what.
- Me: it doesn't concern them.
- Him: yeah but what am I supposed to say?
- Me: you don't have to say anything.
- Him: I can't just say nothing.

- Him: I do. and what if they recognize you?

Walmart has passed provisions in its employee non-discrimination policy to protect transgender employees reports the Windy City Times.
Phillip Keene, a company spokeperson, told the publication that the changes went into effect “several weeks ago” and will safeguard workers from discrimination and harassment based on both gender identity and gender expression.
Though Keene was quoted as saying, “We’ve had a strong anti-discrimination policy for a long time,” the company has a history of butting heads with LGBT workers and equality organizations. In 2010 an employee claimed he was stripped of many of his responsibilities and forced to wear a yellow vest while in the store after he admitted he was gay to a supervisor.Looks like walmart is trying to turn their act around but wow they have a bad history with the lgbt. As someone who used to work for them, it’s kinda nice to see this. Yeah, they have bad history, but it’s really good that they are trying to turn things around even a little. I mean, they suck for the most part but they have to start turning it around somewhere. Hopefully they will start educating people along with this.
Couldn’t agree more. I’m happy to see them turning it around. They unfortunately have my business either way cause I’m a broke ass college student lol. But yes, hopefully they’ve seen the light and this is a great step forward for them. I’ll personally be watching them in the HRC listing.

TS Welcomes A Gender
TS is all inclusive. That doesn’t mean I’m flawless. Recently I reported to you that there are over 100 different gender identities. Obviously, I don’t know them all. A follower of TS came to me to request role models for a gender identity that is not currently being featured on TS and I see no reason why it should not be. Normally I do not introduce a gender to you, but rather the role models within that gender.
However, because this particular gender has been historically controversial, I am choosing to educate about the gender itself first before I go into the role models for it. I will then link this educational piece to each of the role models for that gender to educate people in case they miss this original post.

Your Last Meal?
So I was watching an episode of house and it starts off with this guy selecting his last meal. And it makes me wonder… if you could only have one last meal, what would it be? What all would you want to eat? I dunno that I could think it through. I’d probably forget something and be like “oh no now I’d kill to have a [whatever] as the last thing I taste, damn it.”

Tomorrow Off?
Feeling a little ill tonight. I may take tomorrow off of TS. Been getting a touch sick since I arrived in town, apparently there’s something going around up here. I think its finally catching up to me. I just want to lay real still.
So if I take tomorrow off… you may see 1 or more trans guy posts crop up from what I have saved in drafts that are done and just waiting. They were waiting to be spaced out around other stuff but… If I don’t feel up to blogging it, I might dump those into the queue, ya’ll will have to forgive me if that happens.
I’m trying to do research on different people tonight and condense my various lists of names into one larger list. I may just take tomorrow off of TS and spend the day condensing the lists into an easier one for me to work from. We’ll see. Supposed to go purchase groceries tonight for my brother sometime after midnight. So I think I’m gonna try to nap a little bit before that. Ya’ll have a beautiful night.
